Help using a prebuilt pcb kit to use it with a personal schematic

hi,
I want to use a prebuilt pcb, to make the building of my personal schematic easier faster cheaper, less soldering
and works the first time.
the project is a simple 16 step sequencer for music, with 8push buttons 8leds.
IF there is a way to use plugs to plug in elements (like the three external pots: two rotary encoders, 10 k pot, there is also a toggle switch and an additional push button that is a play/stop button).
so I need someone to tell me where to connect what so that I can quickly add my elements to this missing pcb and connect a arduino micro 32u4 to the ports.
any of these two cards can be used or another one you know, if it is available for ordering online like aliexpress.
If possible if it can be made with no soldering at all that is good, but not an obligation, plugs are great, cables that connect..
if pcb with 16 physical buttons used, toggle switch won't be needed.
