Job Description:
We are looking for someone with experience in building transformer base 3 phase inverter. We are having issues where mosfets are burning. We built a buffer board using CD4011 ic to split the driver signal into 6 channels which is 3 for the high side and 3 for the low side. Then we built a transistor board and an optocoupler board that is used to feed the signal to the driver board which was designed using IR2110 ICs. This driver board is what should drive the emulator board (the mosfets) which receives the battery input and then drives the transformer.
Currently the mosfets keeps getting hot and burning
