I have an assembly which contains a firing pin and a spring. Once you pull a pin on the assembly, the firing pin is released and the spring drives the firing pin down the length of the tube. I would like to put a piezo electric pressure sensor at the end of the tube. Once the firing pin strikes the piezo then a voltage is generated. I’m looking for someone with expertise on the piezo part as the mechanical piece is complete. The piezo also needs to generate about 5V. Is there someone with piezo background that could guide me in the right direction?
