I am going to need a design for a 3D printer controller board.
The project will be splitted in different milestones:
-First prototype and test
-Porting of 2 open source firmwares for 3D printing.
DEADLINE: late June 2018
The requested features are:
Fuse fittings for each power line
End Stops: 8
Stepper: Using stepsticks modules
Bed: Single zone
Bed Level: Automatic 3D touch sensor - 1 (servo control + switch input)
PCB: 4 Layer (max)
Options: selector for A49xx/DRV88xx or TMC drivers
Options: SPI or UART selector for Trinamic motor drivers
Options: LCD interface & encoder (off the shelf)
Options: SD Card
Options: WiFi Support with ESP
Options: Additional configurable GPIOs + direct connection using SPI to an external Raspberry
Requests: use high quality components, Nichicon caps for example.
