wireless CTL power board

I have bread boarded a circuit that is based on a Arduino Leonardo micro board (ATmega32u4). connected to this is 5x 2pin headers for GPIO input switches. 2x 4pin headers for I2C. we also have a NFC chip connected via I2C. We need a battery charge controller that is capable of charging a 10,000mah 2 cell in parallel battery pack. all together on one board. Can you please provide a quote for this work. many thanks
