I'm looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative to provide full-time, online support for my New Zealand company. (9am - 5pm) You will be joining an already established team team of 8 staff. The main focus of this role will be assisting customers through live chat and over the phone during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone - Providing timely and accurate information to customers - Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner Ideal Skills: - Previous experience in customer service roles - Excellent verbal communication skills - Fast learner (you will be provided full training) in using our chat software, phone systems and learning our sales techniques - Goal driven (you will also be rewarded with weekly bonuses subject to meeting targets) - Able to work during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM NZ Auckland time) Benefits: - 15 paid leave dates per year (accumulated and rolled over year to year) - Sales bonuses for targets Start date: Immediately We are open to entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service with a keen ability to learn fast.
