1) We must remove our IP address from spam lists like [url removed, login to view] that are preventing us from delivering ordinary e-mail messages to clients and other interlocutors;
2) At the same time, we receive a lot of spam (20 e-mails per day at least), mostly from Brazil and Vietnam.
Please note that:
a) Our server is located in Italy and our provider is Vodafone;
b) Spam received from Vietnam may be in connection with the fact that I frequently travel there, having offices there;
c) Even if I click on "unsubscribe" links, I keep on receiving the same messages;
d) As for issue number 1 (removing us from spam lists), I have received instructions on how to do that from Trendmicro, but they go beyond my skills (see attached file).
