Brevo Email Marketing for Newsletters

New publication is hiring an Email Marketing Expert with expertise in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) and WordPress. Your first goal will be to configure a welcome newsletter for email subscribers. As the platform grows, you will work on promoting content-rich newsletters weekly. The objective is to showcase new resources, insights, and updates that keep readers and advertisers engaged. The ability to create beautiful, visually attractive, on-brand newsletters is just as important as technical skills. Deliverables: -Initial Brevo setup: lists, segments, automations, etc. (Includes account configuration, sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC on our domain), contact lists and segments, upgrading signup forms embedded on our WordPress site as needed, a welcome automation, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliant unsubscribe and preference handling. Include a concise performance dashboard inside Brevo—open rate, click rate, and engagement over time—with a short commentary on what to tweak next.) -Design one master newsletter template aligned with our brand guidelines, fully responsive and tested. -Build an easy-to-repurpose content block system so that articles, announcements, or video thumbnails can be swapped effortlessly by non-technical users. -Refine simple automation flows (welcome, re-engagement, post-purchase) that guide customers toward our newest articles and resources. With time, you'll write and load the ongoing weekly series of newsletters, including subject lines, preview text, and visuals, drawing on our published articles and editorial voice.
