I need an email-savvy professional who can live inside our inbox and keep our outgoing campaigns on point. Day-to-day you will field the bulk of our email support traffic, but your main responsibility is building the actual messages we send: turning rough ideas or short briefs from me into clear, engaging copy, choosing imagery that matches the tone, and loading everything into our ESP so it’s ready to go on schedule. While the immediate focus is creating email content, you’ll also tidy subject lines, test links, double-check formatting across common clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and make sure every send meets basic deliverability best practices. If you have ideas for improving cadence or segmenting lists, great—though analysis isn’t a must-have for this role right now. Deliverables I expect: • Weekly campaign drafts in our ESP, fully formatted and proof-read • Quick turnaround (24 h) on any copy tweaks I request • A running content calendar we can both view in Google Sheets Solid written English, attention to detail, and proven experience writing customer-facing emails are essential.
