Lead List Builder & Email Marketing Expert

We are currently seeking a Contractor to support our team as a “Data/List Builder” & Email Marketing Expert to take ownership of lead list building using our AI database ([login to view URL]) and by searching out contacts in Linked and any other valid sources. In addition, we are needing to run email marketing campaigns, so we require a Contractor with strong email marketing experience. The contacts will be uploaded into our CRM (ZOHO). The main goal of this position is to aid the sales and marketing team in their effort to find new contacts within the target markets and geography, to promote and grow the business.

Responsibilities:

Farming for contact names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers and entering them into our CRM (ZOHO). Solid performance and results, in addition to demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally with members of the team.

List & Lead Data building

• Conduct online lead searches and develop lead funnels based on buyer personas

• Data mine/build - gather, collate and segment data according to our needs

• Lead list building through LinkedIn and other web databases

E-Marketing Administration

• Maintain various automated campaigns, including introductions, promotions, follow-ups

• Act as administrator for marketing technology platforms (Zoho CRM)

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns

• Create email templates

Cross-function teamwork and administration

• Work closely with the sales team members to determine specific administrative needs for each client or department initiative

• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Work experience requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field preferred

• Must have Experience in List Building and Email Marketing

• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills; ability to oversee multiple projects at one time

• Results oriented: You have a strong determination to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes

• A positive attitude and a sense of urgency
