We’re seeking a marketing professional with hands-on experience designing peer referral programs to support our student loan repayment consultation services. Program Objective: Encourage physician recruiters to refer their department director to schedule a sales call with our team. We have 1800 Physician recruiters contacts in our CRM. Some of them are current happy customers. Others know about services but haven't become our customers yet. Others have a little or no information about us. Once the sales call is scheduled and successfully completed, the referrer receives a Pandora bracelet as a thank-you incentive. Scope of Work: Design a peer referral program tailored to a healthcare/employee benefits audience Create email campaigns explaining: Our student loan repayment consultation services (See whitepaper for full details) How to refer a director for a sales call ( [login to view URL]) Incentive details (Pandora bracelet after completed sales call) Develop flyers and digital assets with QR codes or links for easy demo scheduling Create a drip email campaign for this. 1800 recruiters contacts in Vtiger CRM. Create a strategy for the number of emails and frequency. Describe Incentive eligibility and fulfillment Recommend best practices to drive adoption while remaining compliant and professional Write a paragraph for special referral gift in monthly and quarterly newsletter.
