I need an experienced Salesforce administrator who can step in quickly and help me turn our CRM into a revenue engine. Your day-to-day focus will be twofold: first, build and schedule targeted email marketing campaigns from within Salesforce so our messages reach the right prospects at the right time; second, use the same workspace to handle incoming customer questions, log cases, and ensure every lead or client gets a prompt, helpful response. You should already be comfortable with Salesforce’s standard and custom objects, list segmentation, email template creation, basic automation (Workflow, Process Builder, or Flow), and case management. If you can suggest ways to improve deliverability, refine our drip sequences, or shorten ticket resolution time, even better—those wins translate directly into the extra revenue I’m after. Deliverables I expect: • At least one fully tested email workflow ready to go live each week. • Daily monitoring of the support queue with clear notes and status updates inside Salesforce. • A short weekly report that shows campaign metrics, open tickets, and next-step recommendations.
