Directory promotion

I have a web site which is an online directory of websites about one particular city in Asia. The website is mainly a directory created using the WSNLinks script. I need someone to: Go through every entry in the directory (about 700) and - Edit the entry to remove garbage, about 20% contains some incorrectly imported description or title and need to have the bad data deleted and replaced with real data from that site; just a few words is ok, not a long description. - Check the website listed in the directory is up, delete if down or no longer relevant - Find the contact details for the web site and enter it into the links database -- it is very important that the site is searched to find the right email address and not just "webmaster@" or the whois information; only if no contact is given on the website should whois be used. - Send an email (I will supply template) to that contact person asking them to link back to the directory in order to get a premium listing in the directory at no cost. - Do not send emails to any sites where there is no hope of a return link -- e.g. government websites or major companies ([login to view URL] etc) - Receive email replies and for those who agree to the recip link then enter it into the database. For any exceptional case (e.g. people asking for special deals) just forward request to me. - Make any corrections to the directory entries that people send back as replies. You will be given admin account on the WSLinks script and also an email account on the website. Please quote the cost PER DIRECTORY ENTRY. E.g. "$0.05 per entry". Thanks.
