We are preparing a new line of lithium-ion packs for electric bikes, scooters, e-rickshaws and compact energy-storage systems, and I need the BMS firmware tuned so these packs deliver noticeably higher peak power without compromising cycle life or safety. The job centres on rewriting or refining the control algorithms that sit inside the battery-management system—balancing logic, current-limit curves, thermal derating, and SOC/SOH estimation—to squeeze out every available amp while keeping temperatures, voltage drift and overall degradation in check. Everything has to play nicely over CAN and UART with the controllers we already use, so familiarity with typical two- and three-wheeler ECUs is essential. Key deliverables • Optimised BMS code (C/C++ or Embedded C) ready to flash on our existing hardware • Parameter set and calibration tables for 48 V and 60 V packs • A brief validation report showing performance gains and confirming no new safety flags are triggered Tools you’re free to lean on include MATLAB/Simulink, Vector CANoe, Python, or whatever you normally use for HIL simulation and data logging; just ensure the final firmware compiles in our GCC toolchain. I’d like first test firmware within the next few days so we can begin bench cycling immediately, with final sign-off once the packs survive a full thermal and vibration run.
