Design Approach Requirement Finalization – Review mechanical dimensions, intended operating environment, and special constraints. Schematic & PCB Layout – Optimized routing for high-current paths (motors, LEDs) and noise-sensitive signals (ESP32 antenna, sensors). Prototype Manufacturing – Fabricate and assemble 2 fully functional sample boards. Testing & Verification – Validate all functions (Wi-Fi, charging, motor control, sensors, LEDs, buzzer) before delivery. Deliverables – Source schematic, PCB layout files, Gerbers, BoM, assembly drawings, and tested boards. Week 1: Design & review Week 2–3: Fabrication & assembly Week 4: Testing & shipment I can begin work immediately after receiving your final mechanical drawings and confirming specifications.
