I need a compact PCB that brings together an ESP32 module, four relay outputs, and an onboard AC-DC stage that accepts the full 110 V – 220 V AC mains range and steps it down cleanly for the logic rail. Because the board will sit on mains, adequate creepage, clearance, fusing, and surge protection are must-haves, and the ESP32 antenna keep-out has to stay clear of copper and tall parts. Each relay should handle at least 10 A and include status LEDs. Please share examples of similar mains-powered or ESP32 designs you have completed; that past work will help me decide quickly. The schedule is tight, so I’d like an initial schematic/layout draft within days and final, production-ready files as soon as we lock revisions. Deliverables • Complete schematic in KiCad or Altium • PCB layout ready for fabrication (Gerber, drill, pick-and-place) • Fully annotated BOM with manufacturer part numbers • Short design note summarising safety measures and test points Firmware is on my side—the priority here is rock-solid hardware I can send straight to the board house.
