Hello, I am Muhammad Javed, an electrical/electronics engineer with more than 10 years of experience in PCB design, multilayer layouts, Signal Integrity, BGA-Fan-out und Hardware-Fehlersuche.

Hello, I can take this Rev-B work from root-cause analysis through corrected KiCad 10 layout and manufacturing release. My first focus would be the failed TJA1102A section: power rails, reference clock, decoupling, return paths, PHY routing, layer transitions, stitching and any layout-related issue that could explain the complete loss of management access and both ports. I would also review the BLE section for any second issue beyond the corrected footprint. I have experience with multilayer high-speed PCB design, 0.8 mm BGA escape, impedance-controlled routing, differential pairs, dense power distribution and EMI-aware layout. I can rework the four corrected footprints, relocate and re-fanout the blocked component, restore clean reference planes, verify power-current/via sizing, and tune XSPI, USB-HS and 100BASE-T1 routing to the existing JLC06161H-3313 stackup. Target: DRC/ERC clean, 0 unconnected, 0 parity errors, and refreshed manufacturing outputs. Let's discuss. Best regards, Nichita

Hello, I’d be happy to take on the KiCad 10 Rev B layout and troubleshooting work for your 6-layer dual-STM32H7S3 board. The combination of BGA escape, 100BASE-T1, USB-HS, XSPI, power integrity, and impedance-controlled routing is exactly the kind of layout work where a systematic review is important—not simply rerouting the items already identified. I’ll first review the schematic, stackup, net classes, PHY connectivity, reference clocks, power distribution, BGA escape, and critical signal paths to identify possible root causes for the Ethernet issue. I’ll then implement the corrected footprints, component relocation, fan-out, differential routing, power/via improvements, GND stitching, and controlled-impedance requirements while keeping the specified JLCPCB stackup unchanged. Before delivery, I’ll run a complete KiCad DRC/ERC and connectivity review, verify schematic-to-PCB parity, inspect critical nets and power paths, and re-export the manufacturing data. I’ll also document any additional issues I discover during the independent review rather than limiting the work to the listed changes. I can provide a detailed effort estimate after reviewing the KiCad project and affected datasheets. I’m ready to start with the diagnostic review. Kind regards, Juan

Hello, I have experience with KiCad PCB layout, multilayer routing, BGA fan-out, impedance-controlled differential pairs, and hardware-level troubleshooting. I can investigate the PHY issue at the layout/electrical level and handle the Rev B rerouting, power integrity, return paths, BGA escape, 100BASE-T1 routing, and final DRC/ERC checks in KiCad 10. My estimated effort is 25–35 hours, depending on the root cause found in the existing layout. Do you already have the JLCPCB stackup/impedance calculator results defined? Can you provide the Rev A KiCad project along with any fabrication/test findings? Do you have measurements or scope captures showing where the TJA1102A startup currently fails? I can start immediately. Inbox me for further discussion.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen Avi Gupta Quality is never an accident
