I have a small stockpile of Android handsets that I want running 24/7 for continuous surveillance tasks, but with the batteries completely removed. Your job is to convert each phone so it powers up cleanly and stays stable on straight-through USB power. Here is what I need from you: • Hardware re-work that tricks the phone into thinking a healthy battery is present, while safely bypassing or removing the original cell. • A clean USB-based power circuit that boots reliably, survives sudden power loss, and shows no battery-related warnings. • Proof of stability: at least 48 hours of uninterrupted uptime with screen, Wi-Fi, and camera streaming active. I’m currently paying about $1 k per successfully delivered unit, and we can talk discounted rates if you can handle a larger batch. If you’ve already done similar battery-free mods, please let me know which phone models you’ve worked on and any test footage or logs you can share. I have experience modifying Android devices for battery-free, 24/7 USB power operation.
