I’m building a new women’s footwear label, Crewel Leaf, and I want our debut collection of Punjabi juttis to feel unmistakably premium—modern lines anchored in heritage craft. The core concepts are already mapped out; what I need now is a designer who can transform those ideas into polished, production-ready assets. Your main task will be to finalize the sketches and prepare full tech packs that we can hand straight to the factory. Along the way, please weave in three essentials: intricate embroidery patterns, unique color combinations, and handcrafted embellishments. I’m happy to discuss material direction, thread counts, and any surface-design tricks you love, as long as the final look stays fresh and original rather than derivative.
