I’m currently working for Gerber California Inc., a US based dairy-trading company that also has an office here in Chile.
We're now about to tackle the Chinese market and for this purpose, I have been working on a database that contains the contact details of dairy products importers in China.
I was able to collect basic contact details of most of these companies (phone number, mobile phone number, website address) by searching on Google, however we need additional details from these companies in order to get in touch with them.
That said, I would like to ask you how much would your company charge us for filling and updating the database I created which needs to be completed with:
• Name of Contact Person (Purchasing Dept Manager or Import Dept Manager)
• Email address of this Contact Person.
This data needs to be added to the existing records (phone numbers, website) of each one of the 94 companies listed on the excel spreadsheet I created.
In order to obtain the data missing (name + email address), a virtual assistant from your company would have to call each company listed on the spreadsheet and request this information.
If your company can take over this project, I will send you the excel spreadsheet for your review and for you to complete, plus a ‘brief’ of what to say when one of your virtual assistants calls the dairy products importers in China.
How much would your company charge us (in US$ per hour or per project completion) for undertaking this project?
Would your company be able to deliver this project by Dec. 18th?
Do we have to wire the money after the project is delivered?
