I am ready to submit a set of detailed drawings for a spherical storage tank but first need them signed off by a Professional Engineer who can place a PE stamp accepted under ASME rules. The work calls for a complete structural integrity check together with a compliance review against ASME BPVC Section VIII. All calculations and comments are already compiled in the drawing package; what I need is your independent verification, any corrective notes, and the final stamped sheets.
