Help on Asterisk ACD

I have following setup in the Asterisk 1.4 system (Elastix 1.6): Queue: Ring Strategy: Round robin with memory Agent Timeout: 20sec Retry: 2sec Dynamic login/logout Caller position announcement Frequency: 0 Sec I encounter some weird behavior when queue distribute the call to the agent. The queue ring agent phone for 2sec (instead of 20sec) and stop , and ring for next agent. This only happen once in a while. Am looking for solution to rectify above bug.
