The machine consists of four three-phase grounded induction pump motors, each pump
motor is to fill a separate tank with various kinds of liquids.
These should all be able to be started from two alternative start buttons and stopped with
two alternative stop buttons which are placed on different places in the facility.
Each pump must also be provided with a sensor in order to indicate full tank. When a sensor
detect filled tank the pump motor filling the tank must be stopped, the sensors should also
function as an overfill protection.
The start must be with a regular contactor (soft start, YD start or frequency converter
is not required).
Common protective devices and main switches must be included, for instance emergency
stops in the same two locations in the facility, fuses,motor protection etc. Terminal block shall be provided in the cabinet and at the pump motors.
