We will have two independent matrices BIBC and BCBV . If you obtain both of them and their multiplication, you will find the voltage drop in each bus according to the change of current injected by loads to that bus.
Infact, after finding those two matrices 80% of work is done.
You will find voltage of each bus by updated voltage drop matrix(DLF) after a few iterations.
Then the power loss will be calculated by a formula like (Vbus1-Vbus2)^2/R12 for each branch.
Note: The project file has been corrected in terms of given impedance unit in the table. The unit should be (ohm/m) NOT (ohm/km)
