Reconstruction of a signal waveform captured over-the-air -- 2

I have done the first stage of my job which I posted last year that bothers on the simulation of Adaptive wireless OFDM communication using Matlab. The 2nd level is the validation of the simulation. This was to be done by using my signal waveform developed to transmit over-the-air with an SDR and capture the signal with another SDR. The task I have now is to decode the captured signal with my code. I have the captured received signal saved in an M-file.
