4 Solenoid Controller

I need to control 4 solenoid in a certain pattern. Parts need to be used for this project is OP AMP as an Buffer, opto isolator, 4 channel mosfet board, NI DAQ 6341. Attached please find the previous schematics which my team lead has shared with me. he asked to com up with some ideas or design the circuit because it has some flaws in it. The op amp will burn out for some reason, the input signals are coming from CRANK and CAM Sensor 5 volt square wave and feed into op amp. Rest the circuitry you can find below.
