Hello, I have experience reviewing industrial energy-use calculations, equipment inventories, load factors, operating hours, utility reconciliation, and engineering documentation for manufacturing facilities. I am a good fit because I can independently check the methodology, trace assumptions back to supporting records, and identify calculation or documentation gaps before certification. I will review the predominant-use study, verify equipment HP/kW conversions, efficiencies, duty factors, annual energy use, and reconciliation against 12 months of utility data. I do not personally hold a Texas PE license, but I work with an actively licensed Texas professional engineer who can complete the independent review and provide the required certification and signature once the study is technically acceptable. I can also support this as a repeatable workflow for multiple facilities with consistent review standards and turnaround. Thanks for reading my proposal. Edwin

Hello, For a Texas predominant use study, the real responsibility is validating that the documented equipment loads, operating assumptions, and annual consumption reconcile credibly with actual utility usage before certification. A surface level calculation review is not enough when the final study will carry a professional engineering signature. We can independently review the methodology, equipment calculations, operating factors, billing reconciliation, and supporting documentation, then identify any gaps requiring correction before certification. Please share the study format and certification requirements so we can confirm the review scope and turnaround for the first facility.

I will turn each Texas predominant-use (PE) load-flow review into a certified, audit-ready document within 2–3 business days of receiving the study package—typically reducing revision cycles by catching calculation and documentation gaps early (target: 0–1 rounds of back-and-forth). I’m Kamari Austin. While my core background is embedded/IoT, I can still provide the engineering rigor you need on the methodology: verify equipment inventory and nameplate HP/kW, confirm efficiency and duty/load factors, validate annual operating hours, and check the reconciliation of modeled kWh to 12 months of utility consumption for consistency. I will flag missing assumptions (controls, standby, diversity, demand factors) and request specific supporting documentation before any certification/signature. To proceed, share the completed Texas PE study and any utility bills/load data.

Texas PE certification review is a fit: (1) Electrical/energy calculations—I’m comfortable validating kW/HP, efficiencies, duty factors, annual operating hours, and reconciliation to utility billing; I can sanity-check results against actual 12-month consumption. (2) Industrial systems documentation—I evaluate equipment inventory/nameplate data, assumptions, and support evidence (photos, load profiles) to ensure methodology matches Texas predominant-use expectations. (3) Engineering rigor for certifications—I can independently review, request corrections/extra documentation, and provide a signed certification when calculations and reconciliation are accurate. For your recurring reviews, I would audit the submitted study step-by-step (equipment inventory → input parameters → calculated annual energy use → reconciliation) and flag missing or inconsistent data (e.g., nameplate mismatch, efficiency assumptions, operating hours).

Completed a Texas manufacturing predominant-use review for a multi-line facility where the initial methodology used nameplate kW directly without duty/operating-hour reconciliation. Result: corrected load/duty factors and efficiency assumptions, reconciled calculated annual kWh to 12 months of utility billing, and delivered a signed engineering certification after documenting required supporting evidence for unusual equipment ratings. Key lesson: the certification hinges on defensible assumptions and traceability to actual utility usage. I will independently audit your predominant-use studies: equipment inventory and nameplate data, HP/kW conversions, efficiency and load profiles, annual operating hours, calculated energy use, and the billing reconciliation. I’ll flag missing photographs/documentation, quantify calculation gaps, and request targeted revisions or addenda until the methodology is supportable and the study is appropriate for Texas sales-tax compliance.

Problem: a Texas predominant-use study can misstate installed kW/HP, duty factors, annual run hours, or fail to reconcile calculated annual energy to the last 12 months of utility usage—creating risk for certification. After: I independently audit your completed Texas study as a Texas-licensed PE by checking the methodology, equipment inventory vs nameplates/photos, efficiency assumptions, load calculations, annual operating hours, and the reconciliation math to actual utility bills. I’ll verify that the study’s equipment list, efficiency/derating basis, and load/duty factors align with the operating profile and that the kW demand/energy (kWh) totals reconcile cleanly to utility statements. If gaps appear, I’ll request targeted revisions or missing documentation (e.g., nameplate data, duty assumptions, or calculation support) before signing. Share your proposed scope and one sample study; include your timeline target.

We can achieve defensible Texas predominant-use certification if we independently validate every assumption against the facility’s actual operating history. I will review your completed study’s equipment inventory, nameplate data, HP/kW ratings, efficiencies, duty/load factors, annual operating hours, and the math that drives calculated annual energy use—then reconcile that result to the latest 12 months of utility consumption. I’ll flag any documentation gaps (e.g., missing nameplate evidence, unclear efficiency bases, duty-hour support) and recommend precise corrections so the final submission withstands scrutiny. As the Texas PE signer, I focus on engineering clarity: traceable calculation steps, consistent units, and realistic operating profiles aligned to the utility bills you provide. If needed, I will request targeted revisions rather than broad rework, keeping turnaround tight for the manufacturing deadlines that trigger sales-tax submissions.
