Wakayama Seismic Inspection Interpreter Needed

I will have a seismic inspection carried out at my house in Kianan, Wakayama, while I am out of the country. I need a reliable bilingual professional who can meet the inspector on-site, open the lock-box to let them in, remain present for the entire visit (approximatley 3hours), and give me a real-time phone update (English ⇆ Japanese) on the findings and any recommended next steps before the inspector leaves. Once the appointment date is confirmed I will share the exact address, lock-box code, and my direct number. You will simply phone me when the inspection is almost complete and if the inspector has any questions, stay on the line to interpret questions or clarifications either of us may have, then summarise the outcome immediately after the inspection ends. A short written recap by the same day would also be appreciated. Your availability on the agreed date and confident, accurate English and Japanese communication are the key requirements.
