After a phone based consultant who is heavily skilled in database management Your function will be to call from a list of people who have called us and book them in for an appointment with our WOW team. You set the appointments for out sales team and manage their diaries and collect data from the client. You must be a warm lovely voice. This position opens itself up to other roles in the company.
