Development of a mini core banking solution -- 3

The project is going to be a long-running open-source project. The bulk of the backend development is going to be in the spring framework in kotlin and is going to make use of the microservices architecture. It also will have some components which involve blockchains and coding smart contracts. The developer should be resilient to some changes that might come up because it's the implementation of a very innovative product which a bit complicated on the architecture side and so some unforeseen issues might pop up. The UI of the application is going to be written using flutter. The release of the first version of the product is to be carried out vigorously on a tight schedule. I'm an experienced developer myself and I'll be guiding the whole development and will step in, if needed, to solve any issues that might come up. We'll have an additional resource for front-end development and so this may be considered in addition to this proposal or as a part of this proposal - both works. Depending upon the quality of engagement in releasing the first version, we're looking at a potential employment option for a budding startup. Only developers who are moderately experienced with the technologies mentioned will be considered.
