I manage a set of growing Etsy stores and need reliable daily help for about 5–6 hours. The core of the role is two-fold: adding fresh products to my shops and keeping customer emails answered promptly. Product listing duties focus on writing engaging descriptions that match each item’s style and keywords, then uploading clean, correctly sized images to Etsy. Pricing is already handled on my side, so your attention stays on copy, photos, tags and overall listing optimisation inside Etsy Seller Hub. On the service front, you’ll handle all email enquiries that reach the shop inbox—order status, basic troubleshooting, simple refund or exchange questions—using my saved reply templates and tone guidelines so every customer receives a friendly, consistent response within 12 hours. Daily workflow is straightforward: • Draft and publish new listings (descriptions + images) • Review existing listings for minor tweaks when time allows • Monitor the Etsy inbox and clear all pending emails before end of shift Everything is managed in Trello and Google Sheets; I supply product photos, template copy snippets and SOPs. A quick check-in at the start of each session keeps us synced, then you work independently. Fluency in written English, familiarity with Etsy’s listing interface and basic image editing (Canva or similar) are required. Reliability matters more than speed—steady output and polite, error-free replies keep the shops running smoothly. If you already know Etsy SEO, that’s a plus I’m happy to reward, but it isn’t mandatory. Let me know your relevant experience and the earliest date you can begin the daily 5–6-hour schedule.
