We are event managers and looking for skilled employees on contract basis per day to do birthday decor for birthday party in a hall and want the space to feel magical from the moment guests arrive. The brief is a playful mash-up of teddy-bear charm, musical vibes and carnival flair, all delivered through creative balloon styling. Here’s what I need: • Entrance: an eye-catching arch or tunnel that introduces the teddy-music-carnival theme right away. • Cake table: a photo-worthy backdrop with layered balloon garlands, foil shapes (teddies, notes, carnival icons) and a coordinated table skirt. • Party area & ceiling: clusters, columns and perhaps a helium balloon drop to keep the whole hall on-theme, plus easy pathways for kids to move around.
