Corporate Diwali Theme Decor

Our company is planning a Diwali celebration and the space needs to be transformed around a strong, immersive theme rather than a purely traditional or modern look. I’m after a decorator who can propose a unified concept, design every visual element, source or fabricate the décor, and handle on-site installation and teardown at our office venue. Scope • Develop one cohesive, theme-based concept that captures the festive spirit while remaining corporate-friendly. • Produce mood boards, colour palettes, prop sketches and a layout plan for approval. • Manage procurement or rental of all materials, lighting, rangoli, stage backdrops, branded photo-ops, table accents and entrance décor. • Oversee installation a day before the event and coordinate dismantling afterward without disrupting office operations. Timing There’s no fixed deadline yet; I’m happy to lock in dates that align with your production schedule as long as everything is ready for the event week. What to include when you reply Please focus on your experience with similar large-scale corporate or festive installs—brief project highlights, photos, or links are ideal. A concise outline of how you normally take a project from concept to execution will help me see if we’re the right fit. I’ll shortlist based on relevant experience, creativity of past work, and ability to manage end-to-end delivery.
