Our fall wedding is set for Saturday, September 25, 2027, and virtually everything will already be booked and in place. What I still need is a calm, organized professional who can step in for the day itself, keep the timeline on track, and let us enjoy the moments instead of watching the clock. Scope of coverage You will take charge from the start of the ceremony through the early part of the reception. That includes lining everyone up for the processional, cueing the officiant, smoothing the transition to cocktail hour, then coordinating our grand entrance and any special announcements once guests are seated. Key coordination points • Vendor management: I’ll introduce you to our DJ and caterer in advance; on the day you’ll be their go-to contact so they aren’t chasing me for answers. • Timeline management: ensure the ceremony starts on time, handle any micro-delays gracefully, and keep the reception milestones (entrance, first dance, dinner release) running to schedule. What’s already handled Décor, layout, and the remaining vendors are locked in—your focus is strictly flow, not setup or teardown. A detailed run-sheet will be provided a week before, and I’m happy to walk you through the venue beforehand. Availability & hours Expect to be on-site from roughly 2 PM until dinner service begins, about 6 PM. Once the formalities are finished you are free to hand things over to my venue manager. Compensation My budget sits between $200 and $400, depending on your experience and any prep meetings we schedule. Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
