I’m looking for a reliable, personable professional to oversee the registration desk for a social gathering on 9 December 2025, from 5:30 pm to 10 pm in the Houston area. Your core responsibility will be welcoming guests, handing out pre-printed badges, and keeping a smooth flow at check-in. I will supply all badges and any other materials, so you can focus entirely on greeting attendees and ensuring everyone is accounted for. Throughout the evening we’ll stay in touch by WhatsApp or a quick phone call whenever you need guidance or updates. No special procedures are required—standard registration protocols will do—yet a friendly smile, punctual arrival, and clear communication are essential.
