On Sunday, 9 June, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM a reliable, well-presented person is needed at the entrance of a small corporate gathering in New York City. Fewer than fifty invited guests will arrive, and the focus is on providing a smooth, professional welcome. The job in practice: • Greet each guest warmly, confirm their name on the printed or digital list, and hand them their badge if applicable. • Mark real-time updates on the guest list so we always know who is in the room. • Flag any walk-ins or substitutions for my approval before granting access. The list and iPad (or printed sheets) will be ready on site; arriving 30 minutes early allows us to run through procedures. A final, tidy head-count summary at the end of the evening completes the assignment. Being punctual, courteous, and comfortable standing at the door for three hours is essential. Event, hospitality, or concierge experience is appreciated but not mandatory—a calm, confident presence matters most.
