You Will Host 2–4 Social Out events per month after a short training period Facilitate experiences such as: Local hangouts Creative workshops Community mixers Outdoor activities Pop-up socials Manage venue partners and coordinate: Scheduling Basic marketing requirements On-ground checklists & logistics Build and nurture a hyperlocal Social Out community Coordinate and guide volunteers/event helpers Share insights from events to improve formats, user experience, and vibe consistency Represent Social Out on-ground as a warm, trusted, energetic host You Are A strong communicator who loves talking to people Energetic, approachable, and naturally social Comfortable working independently and being remotely managed Passionate about building communities and creating safe, inclusive spaces Interested in a fast-growing startup where your input defines how the community grows Above 18+ years (venue age restrictions may apply) You Have Experience In Public speaking, hosting, event facilitation, or performing arts Customer-facing roles like hospitality, guest relations, or community spaces Managing small teams or volunteers (bonus) Coordinating events or workshops Bonus: Psychology, social work, counselling, content creation, or community management Why Join Social Out?
