Event Cook & Servers

I’m hosting a small staff party that will run for roughly three hours and I need a team who can both cook and serve throughout the event. The gathering will be run cocktail-style, so guests will be mingling rather than sitting for a formal meal. I’m looking for someone who can prepare bite-sized dishes on-site, keep the trays circulating, top up drink stations, and handle light cleanup once we wrap. Please bring the utensils and serving gear you normally rely on for this kind of service; I’ll have the kitchen space cleared and ready before you arrive. Timing is flexible enough for a brief setup window and a prompt breakdown afterward. If you have a sample mini-menu or canapé list you enjoy working with, feel free to share it so we can finalise selections quickly.
