From 1 – 21 April I will be in Kuala Lumpur and require a locally based concierge to manage every detail of the stay. The single most critical element is handling all bookings and reservations for me—particularly transportation and accommodation—but the scope extends to dining (I favour fine-dining and good casual spots), lounges, rooftops, spa appointments, and any premium activity that catches my interest. Before arrival • Build a draft day-by-day itinerary and keep refining it as plans evolve. • Secure the airport pick-up, confirm check-in times, and coordinate with our driver, housekeeping team, and a private chef for two to three dinners. During the trip • Act as my point of contact on WhatsApp, answering quickly and adjusting the schedule whenever last-minute requests come up. • Lock in restaurant, lounge, spa, and activity reservations, then monitor them for changes or better options. • Provide on-the-ground recommendations drawn from deep knowledge of KL’s dining, nightlife, and premium services. Essential profile • You already live in Kuala Lumpur, speak fluent English, and have a background in hospitality, events, concierge, or high-level personal assistance. • Fast response times and total discretion are non-negotiable. Deliverables will be a live, shareable itinerary (Google Sheets or similar), confirmation screenshots or PDFs for every booking, and daily WhatsApp check-ins summarising any changes.
