Wedding Event Planner Wanted

We are a budding event management company, currently focused on planning unforgettable weddings. We're searching for passionate event planners to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our clients and ourselves. Key Responsibilities: - Venue Selection: Identify and secure breathtaking venues that align with our clients' visions. - Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with various service providers to ensure seamless event execution. - Guest Management: Oversee guest arrangements and ensure a delightful experience for everyone. - Develop a detailed timeline for the wedding day to keep events on schedule. - Work with clients to design the aesthetic and theme for their wedding. - Manage event budgets to ensure all expenses are tracked and within the allocated amount. - Coordinate with caterers to ensure food and beverage service meets client expectations. - Arrange transportation for guests, bridal party, and vendors. - Hire and coordinate entertainers, such as musicians or DJs, for the event. - Supervise the setup and arrangement of wedding décor according to the client's vision. - Conduct a debrief with clients and vendors after the event to assess what went well and areas for improvement. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in event planning, particularly weddings, is highly desirable. - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. - Strong communication skills for effective vendor and guest interaction. - Passion for making events memorable.
