Modify exisiting Autohotkey Script

Hello coders,
I have a autohotkey script, which is very simple. Based on user actions it inputs data into an excel file. There are 5 columns in total. Column 1 & 2 will have fields entered by the user manually. Columns 3-5 are dependent on the script. What I need done is the following:
1) At the push of a hot key, Any record (with column 1/2 filled) that has a blank field (in excel file) in column 3 should have a standard text put into columns 3-5. ( I will let you know what I want entered). The script should loop until all such records are updated.
2) When the above is happening I want the file to be locked only to the above user and not allow changes (as it will be on a shared drive)
I will send the file to interested coders.
