Our company is in need of a Virtual Assistant who has exceptional skills in providing support to an office team. Our company is based in the Eastern United States and we need ongoing support with processing documents and creating documents for our customers. The right fit would be someone we could count on each day to take direction from our team of 6 people on a variety of office tasks. The tasks would typically include creating and updating PowerPoint Documents, Word Documents, Creating and updating Spreadsheets and other general office tasks of notes on our clients, etc.
We are not sure of how much we will need you at this point and it really depends on how easy you make it for us to utilize your services. We just know we are not in need of someone to work either full or part-time in our office because we do not have the capacity to train and supervise for this position. We need a true professional who has knowledge of how to set this up so it works well.
