I work at a high line auto dealershhip in the US. The dealership leases roughly 150 - 200 cars per month. The dealer wants to know up to the minute:
How many people are due to come off leaase this month, next month up to 6 months from now.
How many people did we contact (speak with on the phone)
How many people turned in their car only
how many people renewed (either kept their car or bought a new one)
how many people did we set an appointment with to preinspect their vehicle.
How many bought a different brand?
The data is supplied to us by a website that allows us to import via excel with the following columns:
Last Name/Company Name, First Name, Co-signer, Address City, State, ZIP, Home Phone, Work Phone,Email, Account No, Vin, Make & Model, Year, Color, Contract Start Date, Maturity Date, Payoff Good Thru Date, Security Deposit, Monthly Payment,Payoff Amount Money Factor, Term, Contract Type, New/Used, Residual Value, Contract Miles, Client Advisor, Contact Status, PreInspection
I would like to either have an Access or Excel report that I can just drop monthly imports into that will allow me to answer the above mentioned questions

I am an accounting manager with vast experience in reports. I usually export data from quickbooks to an excel sheet and process the information for decision making.
