Big Picture: similar to an HRIS, i need to enter the ability to input employee(up to 100), input 3 different performance figures(%'s), then sort all data, graph, rank, print, etc. At the end of the project I need to teach someone else (not computer literate) to enter data and print reports for employee performance evaluations.
Currently the numbers are being stored by Excel and is taking to much time to add/subtract employees and adjust names into graphs(too many sheets inside workbook). The pivot charts and tables take to much time and skill set for just anybody to use inside my organization.
Additionally, i would like to tie this to tie into my POS, Millennium(Harms, inc.). Have the POS auto export reports, (multi formats, html, xls, csv, etc) and this program auto import.
This probably isn't enough information to explain so reply with questions, potentially talk about it to further clarify the objectives. My computer expertise isn't very complex.
