I have a EXCEL report that I need deduped, sorted and totaled all with a macro. Very simple speadsheet, nothing complex.
I need that spreadsheet published to google docs.
Every day several people collaborate on this and will make comments online in google docs in a comment section of the excel spreadsheet.
Every day a new excel file will be uploaded BUT I NEED TO RETAIN THE COMMENTS FOR THE LINE ITEMS MADE IN STEP 3. The comments must be saved to the same line item as they were before.
Full Description of this project:
I am a car dealer, and the excel report I'm working with is called a "contract in transit report" or CIT report. It is an account receivable report and shows what bank (when a cusotmer finances a car and the bank owes us the money for the car) or what cusotmer (we sold a car but the customer didnt pay the dn payment yet) owes us money.
So this report is the total receivable due from the banks (account 205) or the cusotmer (account 210) in the attached spreadsheet.
Every day, the managers collaborate on what is needed to "get a deal funded" meaning get the bank to pay us for the contract we sent them. So when the value of the account receivale is zero, that means we got paid and it needs to fall off the list. If there is a value, that means they still owe us money.
A new contract in transit(CIT) report is generated daily showing what banks or customers still us money. I need the make sure the COMMENTS on the Google Docs spreadsheet on the unpaid deals are appended to the new uploaded spreadsheet.
So I want to upload the "Raw Data" which will be in excel format, and then whatever is created needs to automate the rest of the process so it publishes to google docs or other colloboration web page where our comments can be added and stay added until the value is zero, neaning we got paid for the deal.

Create an Excel plugin which will consume GoogleDoc web service so your Excel worksheets can be synced based on your current requirement. Google already provides the API for that purpose.
