Thankyou very much for all of your help with the Excel VBA project.
After discussion with some of my co-workers we are looking for quote for some major changes and a bug fix.
When archiving data after the 31/03/13 the date is not show in the “historical Data” page nor the “Dashboard”. Instead the word “Nisan” is shown. If you could please help to fix this.
1) Instead of check boxes we would like a drop down list for each field (i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Overnight) that contains numbers between 0-7. So that a crew member can be paid multiple allowances on one day. (i.e. 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch 4 Dinners 2Overnights etc…) No change to the archive is required as the total paid on the given day will suffice.
2) Printable Allowance voucher: We would like to have a printable allowance voucher that can be printed from the “active crews” page. With the capability to print the voucher for an individual crew member as well as being able to print individual vouchers for all active crews on a given day.
The voucher will require the following fields.
a) A date range showing From and to given dates (these dates are to be manually entered by the staff on the “active Crews” sheet to show allowance paid from one date to another if multiple allowances are paid on the same day otherwise just default to the current day for both to and from dates )
b) The number of given allowances included in the voucher (i.e. 2 Breakfasts 3 Lunches 4 Dinners 5 Overnights etc..) if this could be linked to the new drop down lists on the active crews page.
c) The Name and staff number of the employee. (Also linked to active crews page)
d) The total amount payable
e) Name and signature area X2 (to be hand written)
f) Header & Footer
I will provide an example of the layout of the voucher in the coming days.
