Ok, Hello everyone,
I’m hoping to find someone who is able to provide some assistance in developing an excel VBA business; invoicing and client database system.
We're requiring a system that will be able to do a few things from; the generation of invoices and receipts, issuing the clients the invoices and or receipts, tracking payments, inclusion of a client database along with various tax report generation to name a few. Please see attached word doc for greater detail.
A little about the company;
A sole trading gardening business with only one employee who is responsible for both running and operating it.
Currently, in use; Windows 10 using office365 full suite and Acrobat
Project to use excel VBA but am open to hearing any ideas. Outlook desktop to be used for issues/sending invoices and or receipts. Saved invoices, receipts & reports as PDF file type.
I’ll upload a brief outline containing some of the requirements, and will be providing the images to be used for branding/logos, at a later stage.
I have a few ideas already but PLEASE do feel free to speak up and voice your thoughts and ideas, I’d love to hear them.
