We are growing quickly and have created a new position for an additional office assistnat. We are looking for someone that is quick, good at analyzing data and able to fill in where needed. No two days are alike here. An upbeat personality and a willingness to jump-in with both feet are ideal traits.
Must be proficient in Excel – Intermediate to Advanced
Analytical skills in order to process incoming data and send reports.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Organized and computer saavy
Must be detail oriented
Previous work with airline and ticketing a plus!
Previous experience working with a CRM system is a plus!
Accounting experience preferred.
