Growing property management firm is in need of a part-time virtual assistant. This could lead to more in the future but this will be a virtual assistant position to start. You must have a reliable computer, internet service, strong communication and grammar skill. You will help initially with processing tenant applications for rentals. Later could work on creating leases, maintain website, social media organize online files, set up appointments, enhance website listings, edit photos, etc.
This position should start somewhere around 5-15 hours per week but could lead to more if interested. If you have considered getting into real estate this could be a good start, if you are already in real estate we could benefit from your current knowledge.
Skills and Abilities/Competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Docs applications, required
Technical proficiency and ability to learn and operate a variety of software applications
Accurate data entry skills
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Creative problem solving
Independent decision making
Familiarity with public or court records, preferred
Ability to follow procedure to complete criminal history, background investigations, employment screening, etc.
Familiarity with E-verify, tenant background searches, identity verification, driving record check, license verification, credit report check, all desirable
