Collect data on online CS degrees

I need someone to do a simple Internet research: - go through the list of US universities by rank of their CS departments: [login to view URL] For each of them : 1) find out if the university offers fully online (only fully online programs qualify), remote Masters programs in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field (Information technology, etc.) and/or graduate certificate 2) fill in information in the attached spreadsheet (I did one university as an example; it's #8 in the ranking but the list will have to start from the top) 3) if a university does not offer such programs, list it as well and put NONE in the corresponding cells. 4)if there is more than one relevant program, add a row for each of them, copying university details and filling in specifics of the program. There will be three stages: 1) spend 2 billable hours on this and provide results so I can estimate how long this is going to take. 2) do a certain number of universities, depending on how phase (1) would go. 3) optional (phase 3): either do more universities or fill in more information on the some I will select. Would prefer someone familiar with the US educational system, but does not matter that much if you can do a good job. Excel sheet with a sample entry is attached.
